1. Who we are and what this covers

Allonelink provides link pages, publishing tools, account management, and related services at allonel.ink and app.allonel.ink. In this Policy, “we” and “us” mean Allonelink. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@allonel.ink.

This Policy covers our own operation of the service. A creator who publishes a page is responsible for any separate collection and use of visitor information by that creator. External destinations have their own privacy policies.

2. Information we handle

  • Account and sign-in data: email address, account ID, profile name and image, linked sign-in providers, authentication tokens, and protected password records for email accounts. When you choose social sign-in, Firebase and your selected Google or Facebook provider supply the account information needed to authenticate you.
  • Page content: page names, biographies, links, images, uploaded media, layout and appearance settings, URLs, and publishing status. Drafts and published snapshots are stored to provide the service.
  • Usage and technical data: page views and link clicks, page and content identifiers, event time, country derived from the request, browser/device user-agent information, and referring URL. Network and hosting providers also handle IP addresses and request information to deliver and secure the service.
  • Billing data: customer and subscription identifiers, purchased plan, billing period, payment status, order history, and transaction records received from Paddle. Payment credentials are entered with the payment provider rather than stored as full card details by Allonelink.
  • Communications: information you send when requesting help, reporting abuse, or exercising a privacy right.

3. Why we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, authenticate users, save and publish pages, deliver media, measure page views and clicks, administer subscriptions and purchases, answer requests, prevent fraud and abuse, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

Where a lawful basis is required, processing may be necessary to perform our agreement with you, comply with a legal duty, or pursue legitimate interests such as service security and reliability, subject to your rights. We rely on consent where the law requires it, and you may withdraw that consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Required account information is necessary to provide account access; optional public profile information is your choice.

4. Public pages and visitor information

Published pages, their links, and media are intended to be publicly accessible and may be indexed, downloaded, copied, or shared by others. An unpublished page or unlisted media URL should not be treated as secure storage. Do not upload confidential information or another person’s personal data without authorization.

Creators can view measurements of visits and clicks for their pages. These measurements may be delayed or incomplete. Current page analytics record request context rather than using a browser-stored unique visitor identifier. Your browser may send a referring URL; avoid placing sensitive information in URLs.

Creators are responsible for the notices, permissions, and lawful basis needed for their own use of visitor information and any external services linked from their pages. This Policy does not replace a creator’s privacy notice.

5. Service providers and disclosures

We use providers for the functions described below, sharing information needed for the relevant function:

  • Cloudflare: hosting and delivery, account and page databases, media and published-page storage, caching, security, and Analytics Engine measurements.
  • Google Firebase and your chosen identity provider: social authentication and related account security when you use social sign-in.
  • Paddle: web checkout, subscription administration, billing records, and payment-related support.

We may disclose information when legally required, to investigate misuse or protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer with appropriate protections and any required notice. Public page information is disclosed when you choose to publish it. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Providers have their own responsibilities and privacy notices: Cloudflare, Firebase, and Paddle.

6. International processing

Our infrastructure and providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Protections may differ between countries. Where required, transfers must use a lawful mechanism and appropriate safeguards. Contact support@allonel.ink for information about the processing and safeguards relevant to your account.

7. Retention, deletion, and security

We retain account information and content as needed to provide the service. Billing, security, support, and dispute records may be retained longer where necessary for their purpose or legal requirements. There is no single retention period for every category. Contact us to request deletion or details about a particular record.

Archiving or unpublishing a page does not guarantee deletion of stored content, uploaded media, cached copies, or copies held by others. Deletion requests are reviewed against legal obligations and legitimate retention needs; backups and legally retained records may remain until their retention requirements end.

We use safeguards including access controls and protected authentication mechanisms. No storage system or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Protect your credentials and report suspected account compromise promptly.

8. Your choices and privacy rights

You can edit your profile and page content through the available account tools, choose what to publish, and manage browser storage as explained in our Cookie Policy. For account deletion or a privacy request, email support@allonel.ink with the account email or page URL and a description of your request. Do not send passwords or full card details.

Depending on the law applicable to you, you may request access, correction, deletion, a copy or portability of your information, restriction of processing, or object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent where it is the basis for processing and complain to a competent data protection authority. We may verify your identity proportionately before acting and respond within applicable legal deadlines. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

If a request concerns a creator’s independent processing, contact that creator; we can assist with information processed by Allonelink.

9. Children

Allonelink is not directed to children under 13 or a higher minimum age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect account information from children below that age. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so that we can review and take appropriate action.

10. Updates and contact

We may update this Policy as the service or legal requirements change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice of material changes where required. Privacy contact: support@allonel.ink.
