1. About these Terms
These Terms govern access to Allonelink’s website, editor, link pages, hosting, and related services. “Allonelink,” “we,” and “us” refer to the service provider Allonelink. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.
The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these Terms. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain information handling and browser storage.
2. Eligibility and account security
You must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum age required where you live. If you are below the age of legal majority, a parent or guardian must authorize your use where required. You must have legal capacity, or valid authorization, to enter into this agreement and make purchases.
Provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and use only accounts you are authorized to access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Notify support@allonel.ink promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share credentials or bypass account security.
3. Pages, features, and availability
Allonelink lets you create and manage link pages, publish content and uploaded media, and view page and click measurements. Features and capacity depend on the plan and controls actually available to your account. Plan details and the checkout offer describe the entitlements included in a purchase.
Page URLs are subject to availability and our reserved names. We may reclaim URLs that infringe rights, impersonate others, or create security or operational risks. A URL is not a transfer of domain ownership. Analytics are estimates and may be delayed or incomplete.
Keep your own copies of important content. Maintenance, technical failures, and third-party outages may interrupt access. We do not promise uninterrupted service or permanent storage.
4. Your content and ownership
You retain ownership of the text, images, links, and other material you provide. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload, publish, and share it, including permission to use personal information and protected intellectual property.
You grant Allonelink a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to store, reproduce, process, format, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate, secure, and deliver the service according to your settings. This permission does not transfer ownership or authorize unrelated advertising use of your content. It ends when the relevant content is removed, except for copies reasonably retained for backups, legal obligations, security, or disputes.
You are responsible for your content, chosen URLs, and linked destinations. Published pages and media may be accessed and copied by others. Do not upload secrets or rely on an unpublished URL as an access control. Unpublishing does not remove copies held by third parties.
5. Visitors and external services
If you use a page to promote goods, collect information through an external service, or direct visitors elsewhere, you are responsible for your offer, notices, permissions, and compliance with applicable law. Do not imply that Allonelink endorses you or your linked content.
External websites, sign-in providers, and payment services operate under their own terms. Allonelink does not control their content, availability, or independent handling of information. Review their terms before using them.
6. Paid plans, renewal, and cancellation
If you purchase a paid plan, the checkout displays its price, currency, taxes, billing interval, and renewal conditions before you commit. Web purchases and subscription management are handled through Paddle. Available products depend on the offer shown to you.
Recurring subscriptions renew at the disclosed interval until canceled. You authorize the recurring charges presented at checkout. Cancel through the Paddle customer portal made available with your purchase, or contact support@allonel.ink for assistance. Cancellation stops future renewals once effective; access normally continues until the end of the paid period shown in your subscription record. Deleting a page or ceasing to use the service does not itself cancel a subscription.
Cancellation does not automatically refund a completed charge. Refund and withdrawal rights follow applicable law and the terms disclosed at checkout, including applicable Paddle buyer terms. Contact us with your transaction reference about duplicate charges, non-delivery, or refund requests. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights. Do not send full payment-card details.
Failed payments may result in restricted paid features or a downgrade. Material price or subscription changes will be communicated before they take effect where required, allowing you to cancel future renewal.
7. Acceptable use and reporting
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Do not use the service for illegal content, fraud, phishing, malware, exploitation, harassment, privacy violations, infringement, or attacks on systems.
Report abuse or infringement to support@allonel.ink, including the page URL, the reason for your report, and information supporting your claim. If you submit a rights complaint, identify the affected work or right and explain your authority to report it. Do not send unlawful material as an attachment.
8. Allonelink intellectual property
Allonelink’s software, branding, interface, and service materials belong to Allonelink or its licensors. You may use them only as permitted to access the service. Do not misrepresent an affiliation, remove required notices, or copy or distribute protected materials without permission. Statutory exceptions remain unaffected.
9. Changes, suspension, and ending use
You may stop using the service and request account closure at support@allonel.ink. Cancel any recurring subscription separately. You can archive or unpublish pages using the available tools; data retention is explained in the Privacy Policy.
We may restrict content or account access where reasonably necessary to address a violation, non-payment, security risk, harm to others, or a legal obligation. Where practicable and lawful, we will explain the reason and allow remediation or review. Urgent risks may require immediate action. You can contact us to challenge a decision.
We may change or discontinue features. If a material change affects an existing paid commitment, we will provide any notice or remedy required by law. Outstanding payment obligations and provisions that reasonably need to survive termination remain applicable.
10. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. We do not guarantee traffic, audience growth, commercial results, or the accuracy of analytics.
To the extent permitted by law, Allonelink is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, or loss arising from independent third-party content or services. You remain responsible for your own unlawful conduct and content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or other mandatory protections. Your statutory consumer remedies remain available.
11. Disputes and applicable law
Contact support@allonel.ink first so we can try to resolve a concern. Applicable law and jurisdiction are determined under the rules that apply to your agreement and location. These Terms do not impose an exclusive court or mandatory arbitration clause. Mandatory consumer protections and your right to bring a claim before a competent authority remain unaffected.
12. Updates and contact
We may revise these Terms and will update the date above. Material changes will receive additional notice where required. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights. If you do not accept updated Terms, stop using the service and cancel future subscription renewal, subject to your existing rights and obligations.
